Louisville is hoping to get back on the field this week as wet fields and weather disrupted the team’s schedule the last week.
It’s an important week this week for the Wildcats to try and get back on the horse after three-straight losses.
The team was expected to host West Lauderdale for a district matchup on Monday. On Tuesday they hosted West Lowndes.
This weekend, LHS is slated to play West Lowndes again as they go on the road for a double-header beginning at 4 p.m.
That will close out the regular season for the Wildcats as they came into the week 6-10 and 3-6 in Class 4A, Region 4. They needed a win over the Knights on Monday to be in line for a playoff berth which was a tough task with WLHS being 9-0 in district play this season.
