Mr. and Mrs. Dexter Jones of Mathiston, Mississippi announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooklyn Delaine Jones, to Thomas Andrew McKay, son of Mrs. Tracy McKay Hill and Mr. Danny Hill of Walthall, Mississippi and Mr. and Mrs. Andy McKay of Lodi, Mississippi.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Marie Burton and the late Mr. James A. Burton of Eupora, Mississippi and Mrs. Faye Jones and the late Mr. Lloyd Jones of Mathiston, Mississippi. The prospective groom is the grandson of Mr. Dale Wilson and the late Mrs. Barbara Wilson of Walthall, Mississippi and Mr. and Mrs. Roger Brister of Stewart, Mississippi and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil McKay of Weir, Mississippi.
Miss Jones is a 2014 graduate of East Webster High School. She graduated from Holmes Community College with an associate degree in Medical Billing and Coding in 2018. She is currently working at the Webster Urgent Care in Mathiston, Mississippi.
Mr. McKay is a 2012 graduate of Eupora High School. He graduated from East Mississippi Community College with an associate degree in Automotive Mechanics in 2018. He is currently working at Thompson Machinery in Columbus, Mississippi.
The couple will be exchanging wedding vows on April 27, 2019 at the Poor House in Starkville, Mississippi with a reception following the ceremony. Invitations have been sent out to friends and relatives.
