You have been made Respondents in the Petition filed in this Court by Chance Evans Pittman, Administrator of the Estate of Michael Kevin Pittman, Deceased, seeking to determine heirship. Respondents other than you in this action are not known, if any.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Heirs-at-Law filed herein against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 8th day of September, 2025 at the Oktibbeha County Courthouse located at 101 E. Main Street, Starkville, Mississippi, before the Honorable Judge Joseph N. Studdard and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
