WHEREAS, on December 16, 2020 William Chad Pegram and Jessica Michele Pegram (A Married Couple), executed a certain Deed of Trust to DeVan Ard, Jr., Trustee for Reliant Bank, beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi in Instrument no. 2021000325 at Book 2021, Page 177; and,
WHEREAS, Reliant Bank, the present owner of the indebtedness and holder of the above described Deed of Trust, appointed Jeff D. Rawlings in the place and stead of DeVan Ard, Jr. or any subsequently appointed substituted trustee, said Substitution of Trustee being recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of said County, in Instrument no. 2021000942 at Book 2021, Page 455; and,

The Tomnolen Water Association requests proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to the implementation of approved FY 2023 Rural Water Associations Infrastructure Grant Program (RWAIG) project(s). You are invited to submit a proposal, in accordance with this request, to the Office of Tomnolen Water Association; 630 Greensboro Road; Eupora, MS 39744, no later than 12 Noon on May 31, 2023.
The Engineer will be responsible for preparing project cost estimates and a preliminary engineering report for application preparation and if awarded, the selected Engineer will provide all engineering services through project closeout in accordance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: 1) prepare plans and specifications, 2) distribute bid documents, 3) assist in bid opening and prepare bid tabulation, 4) assist in the execution of construction contracts, 5) hold pre-construction conference, and 6) perform construction inspection including periodic reports to the municipality and approve all payment requests.
The Tomnolen Water Association is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The city encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals.

Subject to RWAIG award(s) and the removal of all environmental conditions, the Tomnolen Water Association will award a contract with the qualified individual or firm whose proposal has the highest number of cumulative points issued by the board and determined to be the most advantageous to the association, price and other factors considered. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of the Webster County School District that sealed bids will be received by said Board until 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of June, 2023, in the office of the Superintendent of Education of the Webster County School District, located at 95 Clark Avenue, Eupora, MS 39744, for a lease of hunting and fishing rights on the following described Sixteenth Section Public School Trust Lands situated in Webster County, Mississippi, to-wit:
