FOREST PRODUCTS FOR SALE ON
COUNTY SCHOOL LANDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Webster County School District, Eupora, Mississippi, up to and no later than 10:00 A.M. June 16, 2021, and opened immediately thereafter for the right to HARVEST ALL TIMBER designated for that purpose on approximately 164 acres of School Trust Lands in Section 16, Township 21 North, Range 8 East, Webster County, Mississippi.
Before bids are submitted, full information concerning the material for sale, conditions of sale, submission of bids, and a copy of the sample contract should be obtained from the Area Forester, 9600 Highway 17 South, Carrollton, Mississippi, 38917, Telephone (662) 891-3535. Prospective Bidders shall be required to present a Performance Bond in the amount as specified within the sample contract at the signing of the Timber Sale Contract. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.

Newton Deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against this Estate to have their claims probated and registered by the Chancery Court Clerk of Webster County, Mississippi, within ninety (90) days of the first publication of this notice. Failure to probate and register claims will forever bar them.
