On Sept. 10 around 10 a.m., the Maben flower store, Friendly Florist, was getting a new and a welcome look.
Since the death of Connie Johnson and before the death of her husband, Jack, the business had been closed. Maben businessman Tony McGinnis bought the building and has done extensive repairs to it.
