This past Saturday, friends and local officials gathered at A&J Liquor and Wine, located behind Woody's in Noxapater, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the owners, Michael and Stacey Spiva. The Spivas have been in business at the location for about three months, and Michael reports that business has been good.
