It was a tough week for the Noxapater basketball teams as they dropped a pair of games. The Lady Tigers fell 51-44 to Choctaw County and 48-43 to Enterprise. The Tigers fell 55-24 to Choctaw County and 61-44 to Enterprise. Noxapater is off for the Thanksgiving break and will return to play on Tuesday, Dec.

Tigers fall to Stringer in first round of playoffs

The Noxapater Tigers ended a playoff drought last week with a first-round matchup with Stringer. But the Red Devils ended the Tigers season as they used a rugged rushing attack to take a 36-28 win on Friday night. Noxapater ends the season with a 6-5 record, a year after going 4-7.
