The Nanih Waiya Lady Warriors had a big week on the basketball courts, winning all three games they played.

The Lady Warriors beat Eupora 58-52 and then took a 51-37 win over Grace Christian. They finished the week with a 54-23 win over West Lowndes.

Lady Tigers, Tigers split with Clarkdale; host West Lowndes after Thanksgiving break

The Noxapater Lady Tigers got off to slow start and Clarkdale started about as fast as the could.

But it’s not how you start but how you finish.

The Lady Tigers overcame a 32-17 halftime deficit and outscored Clarkdale 33-12 in the second half to take a 50-44 win.

Noxapater ends season with loss to Sacred Heart

The Noxapater Tigers saw their season come to an end last week as they fell 36-8 to Sacred Heart.

The Tigers end the season with a 4-7 record under second-year head coach Caleb Kelly while Sacred Heart improved to 10-1 on the season.
