The Nanih Waiya Lady Warriors won just one of three games this past week on the softball diamond.

Nanih Waiya dropped a 2-0 decision to Choctaw County on Tuesday and then split a pair of games on Saturday, falling 7-6 to Southeast Lauderdale while beating Scott Central 9-0.

Nanih Waiya moves to 7-8 on the season.

Nanih Waiya takes wins over Kemper County

the Warriors beat Kemper County 21-3 and 11-1 on Tuesday and finished the week with a 13-4 loss to Ethel on Saturday.

Tigers drop to Panthers, take on Ethel tonight

The Noxapater baseball team lost a pair of tight games with French Camp last week in district play.

The Tigers lost 6-5 in eight innings on Tuesday and then lost a 17-11 slugfest on Friday.

Lady Tigers take wins over French Camp, Scott Central

The Noxapater Lady Tigers had a busy week on the softball diamond.

The Lady Tigers opened with a 4-2 win over French Camp on Tuesday before losing 4-2 to Sebastopol on Thursday. Then on Saturday, the Lady Tigers lost 7-6 to Southeast Lauderdale and beat Scott Central 13-0 at the Sebastopol Tournament.
