Lady Warriors fall to Stringer in playoffs

The Nanih Waiya softball team saw its season come to an end last week in the first round of the Class 2A playoffs.

The Lady Warriors dropped a pair of games to Stringer, losing 9-0 on Thursday and 6-2 on Saturday.

Lady Tigers fall to Sebastopol, Northeast Lauderdale

The Noxapater Lady Tigers suffered a pair of losses last week on the softball diamond.

The Lady Tigers fell 12-0 to Sebastopol on Tuesday in division play while the Lady Tigers fell 9-4 to Northeast Lauderdale on Friday.

Warriors fall to Choctaw County, Lady Warriors defeat Kemper County

The Lady Warriors picked up a big 15-0 win over Kemper County while the Warriors dropped a tight 5-1 decision to Choctaw County.

Noxapater fall to Sebastopol in division play

The Noxapater Tigers dropped a pair of games in division play to Sebastopol last week.

The Tigers dropped a pair of 13-8 contests to the Bobcats, losing on Tuesday and Friday.

Noxapater, now 9-11 on the season, is schedule to host Newton on Monday for senior night.
