Webster County’s unemployment rate increased nine-tenths of a percentage point during June, according to preliminary numbers from the Mississippi Department of Employment Security.
Webster County’s unemployment rate stood at 4.4% during June, compared to 3.5% in May and 7% in June 2021. This was the 26th lowest rate in the state.
