Charlie Shaw, president of the Webster County Cattlemen’s Association, presents Lisa Stewart Spears with a plaque honoring her for her work with and devotion to the cattlemen of Webster County. Spears, who retired last summer as county Extension agent, diligently worked with them for many years giving her support and help.
