Rocky Vaughan of Ackerman and his wife, Keland, accepted Senate Resolution 65 from Senator Bart Williams, honoring Vaughn’s contributions in designing the new Mississippi State Flag. The Vaughans own and operate Deep South Confection and Design, and have four sons: Ryder, Brody, Ben, and Bentley.
