Ridgeland – Debbie White, of Louisville, has been named as the president of the Mississippi Health Care Association (MHCA), the state’s largest long term care trade association. White is also joined by: Tonya Eubanks, First Vice President – Water Valley, Bobby Beebe, Secretary and Dannie Barlow, Treasurer – both of Madison.
