ECCC to host Meet the Warriors Preseason Pep Rally Aug. 30

East Central Community College will kick off its fall sports seasons with the “Meet the Warriors” preseason pep rally scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 30. Well-known DJ Aaron Tullos will be playing music throughout the evening and will emcee the introduction of the 2021 Warrior football and men’s and women’s soccer teams.

Local fire department awarded grant

Church to host Prayer Breakfast

The featured speaker will be Yves Dushime, who was an Operation Christmas child shoe box recipient from Rwanda. Dushime will provide his testimony of how God is using shoe box gifts to change hearts and lives.
