The Winston County Board of Supervisors had scheduled a public hearing on the county budget and ad valorem tax levy for FY 2022-2023, for Monday, August 29. However, as the meeting time approached, Board President Luke Parkes announced the hearing was rescheduled for Friday, September 9, at 9 a.m.
