On Thursday, May 16, 2019, The National Caucus and Center on Black Aging, Inc. (NCBA) held its annual Older American Month Celebration at their office, 100 Railroad Street, Water Valley, MS. All staff, program participants and host agencies were invited to attend. The theme for this year: Connect, Create and Contribute.
