Tuesday morning was warm and humid, but that didn’t stop members of the Louisville Police Department, teachers, and students from participating in the Special Olympics Torch Run. Participants gathered just outside the Dome, where Community Liaison Patricia Whitcomb provided t-shirts, numbers, and took pictures.
