Noxapater is a small town with a population of less than 600 people, and Woody’s is the chief landmark for people traveling through the area. Noxapater is growing, however – in recent years, Noxapater has instituted a Mardi Gras parade, a Farmers’ Market, and saw multiple new businesses open.
