The Winston County Board of Supervisors opened its December meeting to hear a report on the progress made at the local library. Beth Edwards, head librarian, shared patronage statistics from the months between July and September 2023. Edwards broke these numbers down by each supervisor’s beat so that they could see how the library is utilized.
