Each year since its inception, the Biggest Small Town Mardi Gras parade has seen increased participation. Just last year, nearly 3,000 people gathered for the Noxapater Community Chamber Alliance’s Mardi Gras event. This year, the event is evolving, and even more fun is anticipated when the annual event takes place on February 10.
