Each year, students enrolled in Kindergarten and in pre-Kindergarten classes in the Magnolia State take a Kindergarten Readiness test in both the fall and spring semesters. The KRA, as this test is known, is intended to give both teachers and parents an idea of what a student knows and what they are able to do once they enter school.
