The South team came away with the 8-5 win in the Northeast Mississippi Football Coaches Association 11th annual All-Star Classic, which was played May 17 at Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville. Brad Gray, head coach at Eupora High School, led the South team. Eupora assistant coaches Jarvis Smithey and Alex Rawls, and Jason Smith, defensive coordinator at East Webster High School, were also on the coaching staff. Local players representing their schools included Eupora’s Tabb Powell and AJ Shelton, and East Webster’s Judd Azlin.
