The Spay Panhandle Community Organization will sponsor its third Spay Day Celebration on July 3, 2021. The celebration will be at Spay Panhandle Community Center, located on 4808 Spay Road in Choctaw County. This event begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. Spay Day is an annual event that involves everyone.
