The Nanih Waiya Lady Warriors picked up a much-needed win last week with a 10-7 win over Scott Central.
The Lady Warriors also lost 11-3 to Sebastopol, 15-0 to Morton and 12-0 to Ethel.
Nanih Waiya will return to action this week as they host rival Noxapater on Thursday and will travel to Louisville on Friday.
Nanih Waiya 10, Scott Central 7
The Lady Warriors scored in every inning as they took a three-run win in five innings over Scott Central on Saturday.
Nanih Waiya scored one in the first, third and fourth with two in the second and five in the fifth. Scott Central scored three in the third and two in the fourth and fifth.
Nanih Waiya ha 10 hits in the contest as Dallyn Nance was 2-for-3 with a double and three runs scored. Hanna Higginbotham was 2-for-2 with a triple and two runs scored while Morgan Mills doubled and drove in three runs. Abby Lynch doubled and scored two runs while Hayley Rogers singled and scored two runs. Harley Pullin doubled and drove in a run while Carlee Presley and Kaylee Gregory both singled and drove in a run.
Morgan Mills got the start and pitched all five innings, giving up seven runs, only two earned, on six hits while striking out 11 to pick up the win.
Sebastopol 11, Nanih Waiya 3
The Lady Bobcats needed just 2 1/2 inning to take a time-limit win on Saturday.
The Lady Bobcats scored seven in the first and four in the second while Nanih Waiya scored three in the third.
Nanih Waiya had three hits as Dallyn Nance and Hanna Higginbotham both singled and scored. Morgan Mills singled and drove in a run while Kaylee Gregory also had two RBIs.
Morton 15, Nanih Waiya 0
The Lady Panthers scored in every inning as they took a five-inning, run-rule win over the Lady Warriors on Friday.
Morton scored three runs in the first, second and fourth innings along with two in the third and four in the fifth.
Nanih Waiya had four hits but committed seven errors and gave up seven walks. Kaylee Gregory was 2-for-2 while Hanna Higginbotham tripled and Dallyn Nance had a single.
Ethel 12, Nanih Waiya 0
The Lady Warriors managed only one hit in a five-inning division loss to the Lady Tigers on Tuesday.
Ethel scored two in the first, four in the fourth and six in the fifth.
Hanna Higginbotham had Nanih Waiya’s only hit.
Morgan Mills got the start and pitched 4 2/3 innings and gave up 12 runs, only two earned, on 11 hits and two walks while striking out six. Kaylee Gregory came on to get the final out.
