Choctaw County softball followed up a 6-3 loss to Noxapater by sweeping a doubleheader against J.Z. George 15-4 and 20-3.
The Lady Chargers had 19 hits in the J.Z. George doubleheader. Caden Miles led way in the first game with two doubles, five RBIs and two runs scored. Hailey Miller doubled twice and drove home two runs and Makenize Sanders had two hits and scored four runs.
Molly Thomas allowed two hits and one earned run, with 11 strikeouts.
Raquela Graham had a single, triple and three RBIs in the second J.Z. George game, which only went three innings. Simmons Brooks had a single and double and Thomas singled twice. Sanders did the pitching, allowing three hits with four strikeouts.
Noxapater jumped out to a 5-0 lead before Choctaw County scored two runs in the fifth and one in the sixth. Miller, Thomas and Brooks each doubled. Thomas allowed four earned runs on seven hits, with six strikeouts.
The Lady Chargers played Ruleville Central Tuesday, will be on the road Thursday against Starkville and at home Friday against Eupora.
