Bonner Brownlee led Grace Christian to two wins last week.
“This was our best week of basketball all season,” said coach Jason Morgan. “Things are really starting to click for this team.”
Brownlee, a sophomore, had 28 points and three rebounds in a 63-57 victory over Diamond Grove and 21 points and four rebounds in a 64-42 win over Victory Christian of New Albany. Asher Hogue contributed 10 points and four rebounds against Diamond Grove and his brother Jacob had 12 points and five rebounds in the Victory Christian game.
The girls team did not have any games last week.
The Eagles had a rematch with Victory Christian Tuesday. Boys and girls teams have home games with Hebron Christian Friday and travel to Meridian Home School Saturday.
