But more special plays could have been used as the Patriots fell to defeat from the Riverfield Warriors 49-22 in the semi final game of the state playoffs.

GOODMAN --- The Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers jumped out to a 34-13 lead at halftime cruising to a 41-13 win here Thursday night over the Holmes Community College Bulldogs on Homecoming 2020. With the loss, the Bulldogs fell to 0-4 on the season. Holmes will face Itawamba on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in Goodman.
