Caleb Kelly took over the Noxapater football program after one of the toughest seasons in school history. The Tigers were on probation and banned from the playoffs last year, and then there was a brawl at Leake County. Coach Roy Rigsby was not retained, and Kelly was hired in December to return to Winston County and take over the program.
