Holmes drops homecoming decision to Northwest, 41-13

GOODMAN --- The Northwest Mississippi Community College Rangers jumped out to a 34-13 lead at halftime cruising to a 41-13 win here Thursday night over the Holmes Community College Bulldogs on Homecoming 2020. With the loss, the Bulldogs fell to 0-4 on the season. Holmes will face Itawamba on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in Goodman.

Choctaw County seniors Tylan Cater and Ques McNeal have been honored as MVPs for Region 4-3A. Carter, the Chargers' quarterback, is Offensive MVP and McNeal, a defensive back, is Defensive MVP. Carter totaled 2,284 yards and 22 touchdowns running and passing.
