Akeah Mays, 20, often finds herself surrounded by youth and adults through her nonprofit ministry, I Love Me Ministry. As a mentor, she has assisted youth with an afterschool program. Some adults also have and continue to benefit from her services. One adult said she is 60 years old and had been trying to get her driver’s license for years.
