Jail chaplain, ministry director addresses Rotary

Brian Woodard was guest speaker at the Sept. 26 meeting of the Eupora Rotary Club. He serves as jail chaplain for Webster County Baptist Association and executive director of Restoring Hope Ministry.

Woodard said over 90% of the people he and other volunteers see in jail are there because of meth.
