Even with the rain, Webster County Public Library hosted a large group of preschoolers for storytime on March 4.
They were full of energy as they played with puzzles and blocks. Ms. Anita led them in the “Good Morning Song” and “Hokey, Pokey,” before they played a game of Pin the Tie on the Cat in honor of Dr. Seuss.
Ms. Anita read Dr. Seuss’ book “The Foot Book,” one of his earliest books intended for preschoolers. After the story, everyone decorated a cat hat to wear home.
Storytime is each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
