(June 28) What a beautiful day to worship the Lord our God. We had a wonderful service. The Lord reminded us today to be not anxious for anything. Philippians 4:6&7. We are to trust God, use wisdom, but most of all pray. Seek the Lord. Know he wants to hear from us, and we need his help. We can’t make it all alone. We need his strength so when faced with the storms or trials of life remember that God is in control. He is just a phone call away. One prayer away. Matthew 7 tells us ask and you shall be given, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened, for everyone that asketh receiveth, to him that seeketh findeth, and to him that knocketh it shall be opened! Friends, he is just a call away waiting on you to call on him in your time of trouble. He is our strength, salvation and defense. He is our fortress, our strong tower, our redeemer, our deliverer! So when troubles come we look to the hills in which our help comes; our help cometh from the Lord! God bless you all, be strong. Trust God and know he is our deliverer in times of trouble. Pray! The prayers of a righteous man availeth much. God bless and have a great week. Remember to continue to pray for all those already on our prayer list. Pray for Ms. Eva Mae. She is still under the weather. Also, Mrs. Leneze‘s granddaughter, who is also under the weather. Prayer is a powerful tool, a powerful weapon. Use your weapon. It truly brings about change. Prayer changes things. Love you all! Have a blessed week in Jesus’ name. In Christ, Pastor Michael Haas.
