All active and retired military personnel, police, sheriff, firemen and women, and public servicemen and women are invited to attend a special Community Patriotic Celebration in their honor this Sunday, July 7, at 10 a.m. at Crossway Church, 811 Veterans Memorial Blvd. (across from McDonald’s) in Eupora.
This special worship service will feature special patriotic music by the Crossway Singers and Musicians, video clips and a tribute to those who have fallen in the line of duty.
“Let us never forget those in our community who serve us each day to be able to have the freedom we have and most of all, let us never forget Jesus, the One who paid the ultimate price for freedom and sacrificed himself for us so that we might have an everlasting freedom,” Crossway stated.
All military and law enforcement are encouraged to attend in their uniform. Doors will open at 9 a.m. and the service will begin at 10 a.m.
