After a Thanksgiving break the children were excited to be back at Webster County Library for storytime on Dec. 4.
After the usual time of playing and visiting, everyone gathered for songs , a story and crafts. Ms. Anita led them in the traditional “Hello Song” as everyone settled in.
This was followed by “1 Little , 2 Little, 3 Little Reindeer,” ”Dancing Tree Song,” “Reindeer Pokey” and “Baby Jesus Please Don’t Cry.”
Ms. Anita read the story ”Christmas in the Barn” by Margaret Wise Brown. After the story everyone created a wreath using a paper plate with construction paper holly leaves.
