Choctaw County Career and Technology Center honored CTE students during the CCCTC Awards Program on Wednesday, May 15th.  Some of the awards that were presented include:  CCCTC Hall of Fame, and CTE students of the year, Highest Average in each program, Proficient and Advanced Scores on the MS-CPAS or NCCER Assessment, Highest Score on the MS-C

Fun day

PreK students at Ackerman Elementary School celebrated the end of the school year with a fun filled day outside. They had a bounce house and slide, Bumpers lunch, and popsicles. From Head Start to High School, these scholars are on the move

On May 3, 2019, four seniors decided to participate in the yearly May Day festivities where they also began as children, Winston County Head Start!! Winston County Head Start is located in the heart of Louisville, MS where they have 48 Early Head Start children and 188 Regular Head Start children.

Storytime features ‘Little Cricket’s Song’

On a beautiful spring Wednesday, May 8, children arrived at Webster County Library for storytime.

They played with puzzles, blocks and their friends before it was time for a story. Ms. Anita led them in singing “Hello Song,” “Lady Bug Fly,” “Insect Song” and “A Fly is on My Toe.”  They also went fishing with colored fish.
