The iD 8 Hackathon, a mobile app development hackathon, is designed to broaden participation in computing by promoting computer science skills among African-American high school girls. During the two-day event, teams used Code.org’s App Lab platform to design and code their own apps and heard talks from a lineup of inspiring speakers.
Last Tuesday, members of the Louisville community showed up in large numbers as the school honored the 67 members of the 2018 Louisville Wildcats state championship football team during a ring ceremony held in the school's auditorium
OXFORD, Miss. – The University of Mississippi selected 198 students to be honored among the 2018-19 class of Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. The honorees were recognized for their achievements on April 5 at the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts.

Mrs. Garrard’s Fourth Grade Language Arts Classes from Nanih Waiya Attendance Center placed second in the Epic Spring Challenge May 6-10.
They more than doubled the books read in the previous challenge by reading a total of 19,004 books.
