Journee Banks, a senior at Choctaw County High School, led the Mississippi SkillsUSA student organization as the State President for the 2023-2024 school. As a State Officer, Journee has represented Choctaw County and Mississippi at the 2022 and 2023 Washington Leadership Training Institute in Washington, D.C.
