East Webster Elementary is proud of its charter Jr. Beta Club members.
The school had an induction ceremony on Feb. 28 to induct all new members into the first national Jr. Beta Club at East Webster Elementary.
EWE fourth- and fifth-graders were invited to join providing they met the criteria.
Every student had to have a 90 overall academic average to be invited and they must maintain an 85 overall average to remain in the Beta Club. They also must serve the community and participate in community projects each year.
Sandy Hunt and Allyson Crowson are the sponsors.
