After the rain stopped and the sun came out, children arrived at Webster Public Library on Oct. 16 for storytime. It was a lively bunch of Pre-K children who came to play and hear a story.
Ms. Anita welcomed them with the “Hello Song” and “One Little, Two Little, Three Little Pumpkins” before they pretended to go on a pumpkin hunt. Everyone had fun singing “Halloween Sounds” and could be heard outside the meeting room.
After Ms. Anita read “Teeny, Tiny Ghost” by Kay Winters, the children made ghosts out of paper plates and streamers, which they had fun waving as they left.
Storytime is each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m.
