EES Pre-K packets available for pickup
Eupora Elementary School Pre-K packets are available for pickup. Return date is 8 a.m. March 25.

EES kindergarten tour upcoming
Save the Date: All incoming kindergarten parents and students are invited to Eupora Elementary School from 3-5:30 p.m. March 30 for a come-and-go-tour of the school and to meet the teachers.
You may pick up and complete a registration packet that day, too.
NMMC-Eupora accepting scholarship applications
North Mississippi Medical Center-Eupora is now accepting applications for scholarships from graduating high school seniors in Webster County.
Students who plan to major in a medical career, excluding dental and veterinary medicine, are eligible.
One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a senior from each Webster County high school and the Harold H. Whitaker Scholarship ($1,000) will be awarded to the top scoring applicant from both schools.
Scholarships are funded by the Health Care Foundation of North Mississippi and applications can be obtained from the local high school guidance counselors.

Local resident competing for ICC
pageant title
Approximately 50 contestants will compete for the title of Itawamba Community College’s Most Beautiful 2022, April 13 at 7 p.m. at the Davis Event Center on the Fulton Campus.
They include Allyson June Harrison of Mantee.
Tickets, which are $10, are on sale at www.iccms.edu/tickets. The event is sponsored by the ICC Travel Tribe.
Bailey named to UM fall Chancellor's Honor Roll
Anna Elizabeth Bailey of Eupora was named to the University of Mississippi's fall 2021 Honor Roll lists.
Bailey was named to the Chancellor's Honor Roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.75-4.00.
"The remarkable students achieving Chancellor's Honor Roll are among the best and brightest at the University of Mississippi," said Chancellor Glenn Boyce. "I commend them for their hard work and dedication resulting in their outstanding academic achievements and this well-deserved recognition."
In order to be eligible for honor roll designation, a student must have completed at least 12 graded hours for the semester and may not be on academic probation during the semester.
