Journee Banks, a Sophomore at Choctaw County High School, was recently elected as SkillsUSA State Treasurer. Journee is the daughter of Ms. Colette Miller and Mr. Thomas Banks. She is a first-year student in the Culinary Arts Program at Choctaw County Career and Technology Center, where she is also an active member of the local SkillsUSA chapter. CCCTC SkillsUSA advisors are Mrs. Ashley Fondren and Mr. Robert Black.
Journee is very excited to serve as a state officer and is looking forward to meeting other SkillsUSA members from across the state of Mississippi as well as participating in various events and activities sponsored by the state SkillsUSA Association.
