The Webster Progress-Times A misdemeanor charge against a former Eupora police officer now serving an eightyear prison term has been remanded. Phillip Miller was arrested in June 2023 on a misdemeanor charge of simple assault/domestic violence. He was charged with punching his then-girlfriend in her face with his fist in Eupora when off duty.
