It had been a banner morning in that I had taken more than forty fish. Many of them were quite small, but among them were some very respectable Crappie and Bluegills. Large or small, they’d all given a good account of themselves on my light custom built fly rod, and had taken my Tellico nymph as fast as I could cast.
