In year two of the Caleb Kelly era, the Noxapater Tigers look to be on the way up.
The Tigers are coming off a 4-6 season where they narrowly missed the playoffs but return a host of starters from last year’s team.
While the Tigers will still be young, Kelly said his team is is good in the trenches.
