Services for Lance Wade Groceman, 67, will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. April 6, 2024, at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman.
He was born Nov. 18, 1956, in Kansas City, Mo., to the late Paul and Patricia Rogers Groceman. Mr. Groceman was a retired carpenter. He died March 30, 2024, at his residence in Ackerman.
Survivors include his wife, Vicky Chesnut Groceman of Ackerman; two daughters, Tamara Walker of Gulf Shores, Ala., and Arron Savoie of Indiana; two brothers, Ryan Groceman of Indiana and Ray Groceman of Mississippi; four sisters, Debbie Ann Groceman and Paula Billinger of Missouri, Debbie Clark of Mississippi and Janet Roark of Tennessee; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren;
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Samuel Mitchell ‘Mickey’ White

Services for Samuel Mitchell "Mickey" White, 73, of Maben were March 26, 2024, at Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Eupora with the Rev. Derrick May officiating. Burial was in Providence Methodist Church Cemetery in Oktibbeha County.
He was born in Maben on Oct. 19, 1950, to Samuel Edsel and Minnie Liza Harpole White. Mr. White was a retired construction worker and member of Providence Methodist Church in Oktibbeha County. He died March 23, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Survivors include two sons, Brian Heath White and Benjamin White of Maben; a sister, Dena Miller of Tupelo; three grandsons and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Keith Miller, Billy McMullen, Gwen McMullen, Jimmy Springer, Paul Crowley, Jim White and Ron Harpole.
