Services for Timmy Wade Davis , 55 of Ackerman were March 2, 2024, at Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Eupora.
He was born April 24, 1968, in Eupora to Clyde C. Davis and the late Patricia Ann Yates Davis. Mr. Davis died Feb. 26, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Survivors include his father, Clyde Davis of Ackerman; and three sisters, Neena Davis of Ackerman, Veronica Howell of Piperton, Tenn., and Karmon Triplett of Budd Lake, N.J.
Beck Funeral Home of Weir was in charge of arrangements.
Barbara Love Johns

Barbara Love Johns, 74, of Eupora, formerly of Ackerman, were March 7, 2024, at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman with burial in Clear Springs Cemetery near Ackerman.
She was born on March 30, 1949, in Choctaw County to the late Marlin “Pete” and Daisy Ray Love. Mrs. Johns was a retired beautician and member of Clear Springs Baptist Church. She died March 4, 2024, at Diversicare of Eupora, where she resided.
Survivors include her husband, Bonnie Glenn “Butch” Johns of Ackerman; two sisters, Jean Griffith of Philadelphia and Ruth Black of Ackerman; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Linda Marie Oswalt

Memorial services for Linda Marie Oswalt, 68, will be held at 2 p.m. March 10, 2024, at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman. Visitation will be held beginning at 1 p.m. until service time.
She was born on Oct. 20, 1955, in Ackerman to the late Erbun and Ida Mae Sanders Oswalt. Ms. Oswalt was employed at Rolling Hills Development Center of Starkville for approximately 27 years. She died March 2, 2024, at her residence in Starkville.
Survivors include two brothers, Lester Oswalt and David Oswalt of Ackerman; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-nieces and -nephews.
Memorials may be made to any church, cemetery or organization of choice.
