Joe Alan Keeton

Graveside service for Joe Alan Keeton, 63, was held in the Enon Cumberland cemetery in Ackerman on February 29 at 10 a.m.
A native of South Carolina, who resided in Mathiston, Mr. Keeton was born in 1960. He retired from Mississippi State University where he worked as a heavy equipment supervisor and a veteran of the Mississippi Army National Guard.
He is survived by his wife, Tricia Muirhead Keeton of Mathiston, his daughter Lindsi Crowley of Ackerman; two brothers, a sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Coleman Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Linda Marie Oswalt

Memorial services will be held for Linda Marie Oswalt, 68, on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at 2 p.m., at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman. Visitation will begin at 1p.m. until service time.
A native of Ackerman, she passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at her residence in Starkville. Mrs. Oswalt was born on in 1955. She was employed at Rolling Hills Development Center of Starkville, for approximately 27 years.
She is survived by two brothers and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Timmy Wade Davis

Funeral services for Timmy Wade Davis, 55, were held on Saturday, March 2 at Red Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Eupora at 2 p.m. Burial was held in the Mount Zion cemetery in Slate Springs.
A native of Ackerman, Mr. Davis was born in 1968. He died on February 24, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
He is survived by his father, Clyde Davis, three sisters, an aunt, five nieces, three nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Barbara Love Johns

Funeral services were held for Barbara Love Johns, 74, at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 2 p.m. Visitation was held prior to service time starting at
1 p.m. Burial will follow at Clear Springs Cemetery near Ackerman.
A native of Ackerman, Mrs. Johns passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024, at Diversicare of Eupora, MS where she resided. She was born in 1949 in Choctaw County. She was a retired Beautician. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist
Church.
Mrs. Johns is survived by her husband, Bonnie Glenn “Butch” Johns, two sisters and a host of neices and nephews.
